In Conclusion..

I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface within the world of software development. It also continues to evolve itself - for example, the Scrum Guide (the rules and rituals of Scrum in detail) continues to be refined year on year as we learn more about teams better work with one another.

Scrum is a fantastic framework to time-box yourself into achieving something great, and applying the Agile values allows you to focus on your customer rather than simply trying to build products to make money. Help people first, and the money will come!

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this book, and if you tried any of these techniques or applied these mindsets into your own business.

I have a real passion for entrepreneurship, and love technology. I am currently building my own no-code business, based around Notion - my favourite no-code tool!
