Choose the focus time you want. During this time you will not entertain any distractions or deviate from your work.

• 50 min pomodoro timer | 10 min break | 10x | 10 hours
• 90 minute deep work session
• 25 min pomodoro timer | 3 min break | 4x | 2 hours

Take note of your progress each hour. This allows you to stay motivated throughout the session, and to have a good sense of your progress.
