<aside> 🪞 Regular Project Backlog refinement

Make sure you regularly refine the tasks you have in your ‘Project Backlog’ view. Ask yourself;

• Are there future tasks you want to do?
• Are the current tasks relevant anymore?
• Do you need to add more detail to make them clearer?
• What is the relative Effort of this task? If I grade one ticket a ‘1’ (e.g. 1 hour), is this new ticket more or less Effort?
